Needs Analysis
Every project begins with a detailed written statement of need describing our clients needs in a simple no nonsense language.
Software Requirements Specification
A software team is assembled while a team leader works with the customer and end-users to define requirements. These are key ingredients of our detailed Software Requirements Specification.
Software Design and Testing Plans
Before a single line of code is written, an internal software design document and testing plan are produced. If necessary, a revised budget and schedule may also be produced.
Development Scheduling
A weekly status document is produced to update everyone on the progress of the development effort.
Testing
Our testing process is used to demonstrate that our products conform to the testing plan and to the Software Requirements Specification.
Release
Our products are only released once all tests demonstrate conformance and the customer signs off on the product. |
