Team Approach and Methods
As with all QuaTeams projects after the customer needs are identified a support team is assembled. The team includes a database administrator and a technical project manager who serves as a backup DBA when needed. The database team provides regular proactive maintenance; project scheduling, and reports to the customer. The team also manages database installation, provides 24x7 response and problem resolution. The team can also provide database development support, working as part of the customers' team.
