QuaTeams approaches working on systems as an activity that requires a thorough understanding of our customer's needs. Unlike many systems administrators who are notorious for leaping head-first into a system, paying no attention to the end users, we work with our customers to ensure that needs are captured in order to be certain of an appropriate solution. Our systems teams are experienced professionals, well trained in their craft.
Our Methods
We use our software requirements process to better understand the needs of our customers. We then work with the customer to identify solutions best suited to their requirements, environment, and policies. We also go further than others by analyzing the solution~Rs security exposure and the risks involved. As our work progresses, we follow QuaTeams methods to track systems engineering work and provide in process updates to our customer.
Our Capabilities
QuaTeams systems staff is experienced in a wide variety of operating systems and architectures. Our teams can work on the most basic systems or large heterogeneous sites with multi-platform operating systems and/or large complex configurations such as DNS or mail architectures.
